Government Center 11th and 12th floor - Minor Renovation

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to perform minor renovations on the 11th and 12th floors of the Government Center. The work includes painting, flooring, card access, and millwork. The contractor must be qualified under the Annual Contract - Minor Construction Services and must submit a bid that includes all expenses incidental to the completion of the work. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 4, 2025. • The bid must include a price quote for each optional work item outlined in Attachment C. • The contractor must provide a Public Construction Bond and Guarantee within 14 calendar days of notification of award. • The contractor must complete the work within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must provide training to security and card access personnel on the operation and maintenance of the security system. • The contractor must provide all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
