This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the entire fire alarm system in the Interdisciplinary Research Building (IRB) at Augusta University’s Health Science campus. The 211,000 GSF building, constructed in 1995, houses a quarter of the campus’s research labs, animal facilities, and support services. The scope covers removal of the existing fire alarm panel, sensors, horns, strobe detectors, communication backbone, and integration of a new system into the campus‑wide fire alarm mesh network. The contract will be awarded under an agency‑contract purchase type and requires participation in a mandatory offerors’ conference.
