• New electrical service acquisition and installation of all associated electrical and control conduits.
• Furnishing and installing standby generator, electrical/controls shed, and related control equipment.
• Site work: clearing, grading, planting, fence removal, and new fence installation.
• All labor, equipment, permits, and related costs required to complete the electrical and control upgrades as detailed in Section 01010 of the bidding documents.
