Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide one (1) riding carpet extractor. The extractor must meet or exceed the minimum requirements and specifications provided in the RFQ. The vendor must provide a copy of the specifications with the bid response and must include all standard equipment, software, accessories, and charging infrastructure required for full operation. The vendor must also provide a warranty and maintenance service location.
• The riding carpet extractor must have a minimum cleaning rate of 14,185 ft2/hr and an extraction rate of 6,864 ft2/hr.
• The extractor must have at least two 4" diameter x 26" length brushes and a brush speed of no more than 1025 rpm.
• The extractor must have an actuator for the extractor head lift and a brush pressure of no less than 18 lbs and no more than 26 lbs.
• The extractor must have a transport speed of no less than 4.1 mph and an operating speed of no less than 0.6 mph and no more than 1.22 mph.
• The extractor must have a noise level of no more than 69 dBA and must have solid scrubber compound tires with a minimum size of 10".
• The extractor must have a solution dispensing system with a gravity feed and automatic shut-off in neutral and reverse.
• The extractor must have a solution capacity of no less than 25 gallons and a recovery capacity of no less than 28 gallons.
• The extractor must have an automatic pre-set function dial and an electrical system with 36V, 3 x 12V, 234 AGM batteries.
• The extractor must have a weight of no more than 418 lbs without batteries and 802 lbs with batteries and charger.
• The extractor must have dimensions of no more than 56.1" L x 29.8" W x 50" H.
