This competitive sealed bid (RFx) seeks a contractor to design, construct, and commission Construction Package 3 (CP‑3) of the Gowanus Canal Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Facility. The work includes building the CSO facility superstructure, reconstructing/abandoning impacted conveyance, installing public amenities, and integrating all mechanical, electrical, and structural components such as force mains, pumps, HVAC, and odor‑control systems. The contract is valued at roughly $268 million, with an anticipated start on 2 January 2027 and a completion target of 26 September 2030.
