Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive concrete improvement program in its parks (Phase 4B). The work includes excavation, removal and replacement of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and concrete pavements, as well as grading, seeding, and traffic control. The contract is a lump‑sum / unit‑price public‑works construction award with a bid deadline of 2 p.m. on May 21, 2026. The project must be substantially completed by January 3, 2027 and fully completed by April 1, 2027, with liquidated damages of $300 per day for delays.
