Erosion Control/Retaining Wall System

Drew Charter School is seeking a qualified vendor to design and install a retaining wall system to prevent hill erosion along the main drive at the Charles R. Drew Charter School EA/Yates Campus. The project includes the installation of a modular block retaining wall, hardscape seat wall, drainage and dry creek bed, plant material, softscaping, security planting, irrigation, turf, and ground repair. The vendor must provide all labor, machinery, licensing, insurance, permitting, materials, and freight required to complete the project. • The project requires the installation of a modular block wall system measuring approximately 100 linear feet and 30 inches in height. • The vendor must provide a proposed project schedule that includes the anticipated start date, major project milestones, and final completion date. • The project also includes the installation of a permanent seat wall, erosion control swale, dry creek bed, and sub-surface drainage piping. • The vendor must provide plant material, softscaping, and security planting, including upper bank planting, ground cover, and traffic management barrier. • The project requires irrigation modification, turf installation, and freight and logistics management.
