Franklin County Municipal Court (Clerk of Court) is seeking competitive bids to provide third‑party maintenance and support for three end‑of‑life Dell PowerEdge M630 blade servers located on the 16th floor of its Columbus office. The contract covers a 12‑month service period (May 13 2026 – May 12 2027) and requires 24/7 remote technical assistance, on‑site hardware support with a 4‑hour response for mission‑critical issues, collaborative assistance with existing Dell resources, self‑service case management, software/firmware updates, and provision of Dell‑certified or equivalent replacement parts. All shipping, handling, and inside delivery costs must be included in the bid.
