The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a supplier for Bupropion Hydrochloride (HCL) 12-hour Sustained Action (SA) Tablets. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods. The supplier must provide the products at the prices awarded for the facilities listed, including all Department of Veterans Affairs facilities, Department of Defense facilities, Indian Health Service facilities, Bureau of Prisons facilities, and others. The products must meet certain packaging and labeling requirements, including unit of use packaging and bar coding. The contractor must also establish a business-to-business agreement with the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors. • The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods. • The supplier must provide the products at the prices awarded for the facilities listed. • The products must meet certain packaging and labeling requirements. • The contractor must establish a business-to-business agreement with the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors. • The contract has a maximum 60-day implementation period. • The contractor must ensure sufficient inventory of contract items and execute chargeback agreements with the PPVs.
