Description
The US Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide support in various task areas, including subject matter expert level advisors, logistics support for the Haitian National Police (HNP) School and Academy Facilities, and special projects. The contract will be a hybrid type award with cost-reimbursement and firm-fixed-price contract line items. The contractor will be required to provide fully burdened labor rates, inventory management and operations of government-owned property, program management and coordination of operations, and other direct costs. The contract is expected to last for 4 years, with options for renewal.
• The contractor will provide subject matter expert level advisors to support the HNP School and Academy Facilities.
• The contractor will provide logistics support for the HNP School and Academy Facilities, including inventory management and operations of government-owned property.
• The contractor will provide program management and coordination of operations, including planning and coordination of requirements for school support logistics and medical screening.
• The contractor will provide other direct costs, including housing costs, licenses, permits, and registration fees.
