Camp Creek Sanitary Sewer Improvements Phase 2

The Henry County Water Authority is seeking bids for the Camp Creek Sanitary Sewer Improvements Phase 2 project. The project involves the installation of approximately 6,530 linear feet of 30-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer pipe, 9,300 linear feet of 24-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer pipe, 70 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer pipe, and 120 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer pipe. Additionally, the project includes the installation of 72 sanitary sewer manholes and sanitary sewer appurtenances, abandonment of 42 sanitary sewer manholes, and miscellaneous site work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. • Installation of sewer pipes and manholes • Abandonment of existing manholes • Miscellaneous site work • Furnishing of Performance Bond and Payment Bond The project is expected to be awarded in one contract, and the owner reserves the right to reject all bids, waive informalities, and readvertise.
