Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Adair County. The work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing. The project must be completed within 45 working days, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The bidder must also provide proof of TERO certification and comply with the Buy American provisions. The project is subject to the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, and preference will be given to Indian Organizations and Indian Owned Economic Enterprises.
