The goal is to select a qualified development proposal that aligns with the Homewood Comprehensive Community Plan, with a preference for mixed-use development with commercial use on the first floor and residential units on the second and third floors. The site is located in the Homewood South Neighborhood and has a total land area of 16,260 square feet. The redevelopment of the site is expected to involve significant construction and renovation work.
