Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to replace its existing public‑website hosting provider with a fully‑managed, enterprise‑grade Drupal 11 hosting solution. The contract will cover design‑time environments, production hosting, 24×7 critical‑incident response, security hardening, high‑availability architecture, backup/DR, and ongoing operational support. The vendor must also manage migration planning (though actual content migration is out‑of‑scope) and ensure compliance with strict security, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and state‑level regulations.
• Provide enterprise‑level managed Drupal 11 hosting (production, dev, test, staging) with zero‑downtime deployment, blue/green releases, and CDN integration.
• Deliver guaranteed 99 %+ uptime, 15‑minute critical‑incident response, and documented RPO = 1 hr / RTO = 4 hrs disaster‑recovery capabilities.
• Meet extensive security requirements (SOC 2 Type II, WAF, DDoS protection, MFA, encryption‑in‑transit & at‑rest) and fulfill the “Attachment A – Minimum Security Standards” questionnaire.
• Supply a dedicated Technical Account Manager, monthly performance reporting, and a service‑credit schedule (to be proposed by the vendor).
• All proposals must be submitted electronically by 2 p.m. EST on 21 August 2026, with questions due by 13 August 2026.
