On-Call Trail Design Services

The City of Greeley is seeking a qualified landscape architecture and multidisciplinary firm to provide professional design services for the Priority 1 trails identified in the Trails Master Plan. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design services, project management, and coordination with other stakeholders. The contract will be for a three-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The City is looking for a firm with experience in trail design, project management, and public outreach. • The firm should have experience in leading the design and site planning process on trail projects that include a range of stakeholders, government agencies, specialty designers, and engineers. • The firm should have experience delivering a project through all phases of design, from concept to contract documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. • The firm should have experience producing construction plans and reports for Federal and State-funded projects and understanding of the CDOT Local Agency process. • The firm should have experience managing a project budget and delivery schedule. • The firm should have experience in public outreach and engagement.
