Description
The City of Eastman is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of approximately 1,003 square yards of 5‑foot‑wide, 4‑inch‑thick sidewalk, including handicap ramps, grading, crosswalk striping, and all necessary appurtenances along Pearl Bates and Creighton Streets. The contractor must complete the work within 120 consecutive calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted by October 22, 2026, and include a 10 % bid bond. Plans and specifications are available for purchase.
