The Alabama Tourism Department seeks a single, 12‑plus passenger motorcoach (model year 2018 or newer) with a professional driver to transport a delegation on a seven‑day Familiarization (FAM) tour across Birmingham, Muscle Shoals, and Huntsville, 1 Sept – 7 Sept 2026. The vendor must provide an all‑inclusive price covering vehicle rental, driver’s daily tip ($100 × 6 = $600), fuel, snacks, tolls, parking, and any meals that may be required; the State will furnish lodging for the driver each night of the tour. No additional charges will be reimbursed, and payment is made only after successful completion of the tour.
• Provide a 12‑seat (or larger) van, model ≥ 2018, with driver.
• Include driver’s tip ($600 total), fuel, tolls, parking, and passenger snacks/beverages.
