Snow Removal - Selfridge ANGB, MI

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Procurement Directorate, intends to award a Purchase Order (PO) for the procurement of Snow Removal for Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. The contractor will be required to perform snow removal services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) during the period of performance and submit invoices monthly in arrears upon completion of the scheduled performance. The period of performance for the PO shall be one year, with four one-year option periods exercisable at the Government’s discretion. The contractor shall be “on call” and available at a quoted firm fixed per diem (daily) rate from May 1st through October 31st of the Base Period, and each option year if exercised. Some key points to consider: • The procurement shall be set aside 100% for small business. • The contractor shall submit a capability statement, not to exceed four pages, that describes the contractor's abilities to successfully complete the requirements in the Statement of Work. • The contractor shall complete the attached Past Performance Form, submitting reference summaries for not more than three relevant and recent projects. • The contractor shall submit a price quote on the attached Price Quote Form, with options pricing balanced (equally priced or close thereto).
