Lacombe Turning Radii Improvements

The Parish is seeking qualified contractors to improve turning radii on four streets in Lacombe, LA by installing new storm‑drain pipe, catch basins, asphalt patching, and shoulder/top‑soil materials, plus associated site work such as traffic control, erosion control, and sod installation. The work is defined in a detailed unit‑price schedule covering mobilization, temporary signage, pipe installation of various diameters, catch basin placement, pavement repair, concrete driveway replacement, and landscaping. Bids must be submitted in sealed form (or electronically) by the deadline, with required insurance, bonding, licensing, and corporate authority documentation.
