Elevated Tactics Systems (ETS)

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a reliable vendor to supply Elevated Tactics Systems (ETS) over a 5-year ordering period. The ETS systems should maximize the FBI's tactical advantage and operators' safety during multi-level structural interventions. The contractor shall provide new ETS that produces three core outcomes: delivery of a dominant assault force, radical reduction in time-on-target, and maximum operator survivability. The system should include a One Single Ramp (OSR) and Rear Deployment Deck (RDD) with various components such as a side deployment rail, side assault system, and wireless remote controller. • The ETS host vehicle should be a 2025 or newer model Ford 550 XL with specific features. • The system should have a mobile adjustable ramp system with dual extendable hydraulic ramp, safety railing system, and accessory mount yokes. • The rear access ladders and system removal jacks should be included. • The contractor should provide a crew area seating and storage with two benches and lockable enclosures.
