Description
The Village of Mount Morris is seeking bids for the construction of a salt storage building at 14 Connor Avenue, Mount Morris, NY. The project includes earthwork, installation of select fill, concrete foundations, building construction, framing, bracing, barrier wall/lining, ventilation, trim, roofing, and exterior protective stain. The project has an expected duration of 150 days.
• The project is funded by the Water Quality Improvement Program (WQIP).
• The Village of Mount Morris reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder.
• The Village of Mount Morris does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities.
• Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
• Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website for a non-refundable fee set by the Avalon Planroom.
• A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at 14 Connor Avenue, Mount Morris, New York 14510. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
