Notice to All Certified MBE's, WBE's and DBE's, General Contractor Plank LLC is currently accepting quotes for the Town of Lexington Highway Garage Facility in the Town of Lexington, NY for the construction of a new Garage located at 39 County Route 13, Lexington NY. Review on Contract Reporter website for details. The Project for the General Contractor consists of, but is not limited to, Site Work, and construction of a new structure associated with the Highway Garage. The Bid Documents and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Lamont Engineers, PC, 197 Elm Street, Cobleskill, NY; or Bid Documents are available at no charge by calling 518-234-4028 ext. 101 or [email protected]. Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing are separate Primes. This Project is a municipal job subject to the provisions of the NYS Labor Law Article 8 & 9.
