Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation - Procurement Division is soliciting quotes for an open-end contract for ready mixed Portland cement concrete and CLSM for statewide use. The contract will be for various types of concrete, including Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class K, as well as CLSM Type A, Type B, and Type C. The contractor will be required to provide the materials and deliver them to various agency locations as indicated by order. The contract will also include additional services such as haul per loaded truck over 5 miles, penalty charge per truck, and various admixtures.
• The contractor must be registered with the WV State Purchasing Division and compliant with several agencies.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items listed in the solicitation.
• The contractor must be able to deliver materials to various locations throughout the state.
• The contractor must be able to provide additional services as required.
