Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide support for the Methasoft Treatment Management System used in the Methadone clinic at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing annual periodic maintenance inspections, mandatory safety and reliability modifications, software upgrades, technical support, and clinical product support. The vendor must be an authorized trained Netalytics service member and must adhere to the requirements set forth in the Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The performance period for this contract is 5 years, beginning on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2031.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing support for the Methasoft Treatment Management System
• Performing annual periodic maintenance inspections
• Conducting mandatory safety and reliability modifications
• Installing software upgrades and providing associated training
• Maintaining functionality of existing interfaces
• Providing technical support and clinical product support
• Reporting to Baltimore VAMC Biomedical Engineering before performing software updates or upgrades
• Providing detailed service reports within 2 weeks of maintenance being completed
