Commercial Leasing of Telecommunications Facilities on the Miami Killian Senior High School Campus

The Miami-Dade County Public Schools is seeking bids for the commercial leasing of telecommunications facilities on the Miami Killian Senior High School campus. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract with one or two responsive and responsible bidders to install commercial telecommunications facilities and operate such facilities as co-locators on the same cell tower structure at two locations on the school campus. The contract is expected to be established based on the highest bid amount received. • The two locations are at approximate elevations of 103 feet and 80 feet, both located at 10655 SW 97 Avenue, unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. • The ITB includes a non-mandatory pre-bid conference via Google Meet. • The bid deadline is March 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM. • The contract is expected to be established with one or two responsive and responsible bidders.
