Description
The Office of the Military is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide as-needed maintenance, repair, and installation services for facility fences, gates, bollards, and property markers located throughout Southern Nevada. The project will consist of repairing and installing various types of fences and gates. Key services include inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of fences, gates, bollards, and property markers, as well as emergency repair services. The contract will be for a period of approximately 816 days, starting on May 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2028.
• The project requires the vendor to have a thorough understanding of applicable State of Nevada building codes and DoD/National Guard specifications.
• The vendor must be able to provide emergency and on-call services to address urgent repair requests.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances of state and local agencies.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
• The vendor must have a Nevada Business License and a Nevada Contractors License (if applicable).
