The FDIC is seeking an authorized reseller or OEM to provide subscription maintenance for JFrog Artifactory and related security bundles for the fiscal year 2026‑2027. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract covering base packages and optional user‑add‑on licenses, with a performance period of one year. Offerors must submit a complete price schedule, certification of reseller status, and required SCRM information. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer.
• Scope: JFrog Artifactory Enterprise X, JFrog Xray, and Unified Security Bundle (200 users) plus optional 50‑user add‑ons for up to three additional years.
• Quantity: 6 base licenses, 200 security‑bundle users, optional 50‑user increments.
• Delivery: Electronic delivery of software keys, activation codes, and documentation to FDIC DIT Distribution Center (Arlington, VA).
• Period of Performance: 08 Dec 2026 – 07 Dec 2027 (base year), with optional extensions.
