Some of the key evaluation criteria include: * Technical compliance (30 points) * Vendor qualification (25 points) * Implementation and support plan (30 points) * Cost (15 points) The library is looking for a system that can efficiently handle the sorting and checking in of materials, and provide a user-friendly experience for patrons. Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this contract is estimated to be between $500,000 and $2,000,000. This estimate is based on the scope of work, which includes the leasing of new RFID automated materials handlers, replacement RFID returns, and new self-service checkout kiosks for multiple library branch locations. The cost of the systems, maintenance, and support will likely be the main factors influencing the budget. Additionally, the library's budget and the vendor's pricing strategy will also impact the final budget.
