The City of Columbus is procuring a single, fully‑assembled, white V‑nose enclosed utility trailer to support its Water fleet operations. The trailer must meet an extensive list of mechanical, electrical, and safety specifications, be delivered to the City’s Public Utilities Department, and include all required documentation and a minimum 24‑month warranty. All costs, including delivery, must be incorporated into the bid price, and title paperwork must be completed within three days of signature.
• V‑nose design, 7 ft × 14 ft × 7 ft interior, dual‑axle 3,500 lb rating, electric brakes, 1,000 CCA battery.
• Required accessories: DOT‑compliant LED lighting, NAPA 7‑pin plug, full‑size rear door (≥ 2,500 lb rating), side door, ventilation, and corrosion protection.
• Mandatory bid attachments: warranty copy, dealer build sheets, two copies of all manuals (parts, service, maintenance, operation).
• Delivery must be scheduled with 48‑hour notice, Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑3:00 pm, and include all delivery costs.
