Description
The Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools is soliciting a single new aluminum trailer (or equivalent) to be furnished, delivered FOB the town, and installed at the DPW building. Bidders must submit an all‑inclusive lump‑sum price, firm for at least 120 days, with delivery scheduled within a mutually agreed calendar period after order receipt. The trailer must meet detailed specifications (48‑ft length, 102‑in width, 12.92‑ft height, GAWR 25,000 lb, specific chassis, brakes, lighting, tarp options, etc.) and be tax‑exempt for RI sales and federal excise taxes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified, responsive bidder; payment terms are net 30 days after delivery.
