Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Military and Veteran Affairs, is seeking a contractor to repair the roof of Building 125 at the Alpena CRTC. The scope of work includes removing and replacing existing metal roofing, flashing, fascia, rakes, soffit, and ridge/hip/valley trims. The contractor will also need to replace existing mechanical louvers and sill flashing, and reinstall existing metal siding and trim. The project requires the contractor to match existing dimensions, design, and color.
