Description
The County of Atlantic, NJ seeks a qualified financial‑advisor firm to counsel and execute its municipal bond and Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) issuances through December 31 2027. The advisor will determine borrowing needs, structure credit terms, prepare legal and offering documents, interact with rating agencies, evaluate bid proposals, coordinate settlement, and provide up to 25 hours of additional services. The firm must demonstrate experience on New Jersey governmental bond sales of at least $25 million, including County Community College Chapter 12 bonds and Vocational Technical School bonds, and must submit a detailed fee schedule based on issuance amounts.
• Required experience: ≥ $25 M in NJ bond advisory work, with specific Chapter 12 and vocational‑school bond experience.
• Scope of work includes debt sizing, credit structuring, document preparation, rating‑agency liaison, bid evaluation, settlement coordination, and optional additional services.
