RFP 2026-1178 Reese National Security Complex Security Equipment and Services

Texas Tech University is seeking competitive proposals to supply and service a broad portfolio of security equipment for the Reese National Security Complex. The solicitation covers hardware such as perimeter fencing, video‑surveillance cameras, access‑control systems, intrusion detection, barriers, and related telecommunications gear, as well as installation, repair, maintenance, and optional network‑configuration services. Proposals must include a detailed cost schedule, HUB subcontracting commitment, and conflict‑of‑interest certification.
