FCI Sandstone - Replace Water Softener System

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to replace the existing water softener system at the Powerhouse at FCI Sandstone. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, and services necessary to remove the existing system and install, program, and commission the new system. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), and the evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price – Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. • The contractor must be registered in SAM and complete the necessary representations and certifications. • The contractor must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the products offered in their quotation. • The contractor must be able to complete the work within 91 calendar days from the date of award. • The place of performance is the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Sandstone, MN.
