IDQ - Civil Engineering Professional Services

The Citadel is seeking a qualified firm to provide on‑demand civil engineering professional services throughout the contract term. The scope covers a wide range of civil engineering tasks, from initial surveying and site planning to detailed design of parking, paving, storm‑water, sanitary sewer, and landscape elements, as well as feasibility studies, construction documents, and contract administration. This is an “as‑needed” services agreement, allowing the contractor to respond to the university’s varied infrastructure needs over time. • Services include surveying, civil site planning & development, parking & paving design, storm‑water & sanitary sewer design, and landscape design. • Deliverables range from feasibility studies and preliminary plans to full construction documents and contract administration. • The contractor must be able to mobilize quickly for ad‑hoc requests and provide professional expertise across the full civil engineering lifecycle.
