Description
The City of Meriden is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to serve as the prime design professional for the new Casimir Pulaski Elementary School project in Meriden, CT. The firm will deliver full‑service design and consulting from pre‑design through construction close‑out, including site analysis, environmental studies, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, landscape, interior design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, and post‑occupancy support. The work must align with state‑mandated school construction grant requirements and coordinate with the School Building Committee, District, and Board of Education.
• Mandatory pre‑proposal meeting: Oct 1, 2026 (10:00 am) at the project site.
• Questions due: Oct 15, 2026 (4:00 pm) via e‑procurement portal.
• Proposal submission deadline: Oct 22, 2026 (11:00 am) electronic only.
• Scope includes programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding services, contract administration, and warranty/close‑out services.
