Lift Station 4 Mitigation

The City of Dania Beach is seeking bidders for the Lift Station 4 Mitigation project, which involves demolishing the existing submersible wastewater lift station and installing a new one with control systems and an emergency generator. The project includes demolition, lift station installation, controls, SCADA, electrical, flow meter vault, gravity sewer, sanitary manholes, force main piping, and fittings. The successful bidder must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in a bid. • The project requires close coordination with the Owner and Engineer. • The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price. • The bid prices shall be guaranteed firm for a minimum of 120 calendar days after the submission of the bid. • The City may require the addition or deletion of services from the Contractor if the requirements and needs of the City change. • The Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the Project Work.
