NOTICE OF INTENT: Proficiency Test Survey Kits

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to College of American Pathologists for proficiency test survey kits and proficiency testing services. The services are required for the continuing accreditation of Clinical Laboratory services and a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) requirement to maintain enrollment in a program for the Laboratory Department, Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, AZ. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The award will be a sole source procurement to College of American Pathologists based on proprietary data and licensing rights regarding the Proficiency Testing Kits and services. • The period of performance is expected to be one year from the date of award. • Other potential sources may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington by 5:00pm MST on Wednesday, January 19, 2026.
