The project involves the renovation of the Behavioral Health Clinic at the Harry S Truman Veterans' Memorial Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. The scope of work includes designing approximately 15,000 square feet of space, including administrative offices, group rooms, clinical offices, public restrooms, and staff break rooms. The A/E firm will be responsible for providing all necessary architectural and engineering resources to provide a complete construction design package and construction period services. The project must be designed to meet all applicable codes, VA standards, and guidelines, and must be constructed within a budget of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The A/E firm will be required to conduct site visits, attend meetings, and provide submittal reviews and approvals. The project is expected to last for 365 calendar days, including time for VA reviews.
