Description
The San Jacinto College District is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the refurbishment of the Building C3 High and Mid Roof. The project involves the restoration and recoating of the existing modified bitumen roof membrane system on the Mid Roof, as well as the full replacement of the C3 High and Penthouse Roofs. The combined roof area is approximately 44,130 square feet. The project is estimated to start in December 2025 and be completed by April 15, 2026.
