Sources Sought for Repair South Flightline Sewer Line, Nellis AFB Nevada

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking information from interested parties for the repair of the South Flightline Sewer Line at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. The project includes the design and construction of approximately 3,000 LF of new sewer-line to replace the existing sewer main line, manholes, and lateral connections. The estimated construction price range for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The total contract performance period is anticipated to be 500 calendar days. Key requirements for respondents include experience with underground utility construction and work on an active military installation, as well as previous experience with projects of similar magnitude and complexity. Respondents should submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work, including their business size/classification, bonding capability, interest in proposing on the solicitation, and description of their capability to perform the proposed project. Examples of past experience on individual projects of similar scope and magnitude are also required.
