Operation and Maintenance for Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Court Facility

This RFQ seeks a qualified vendor to operate, maintain, and invest in the tennis court facility at Margaret Allen Middle School, providing all services at no cost to MNPS while receiving rights to use the courts for approved programming. The contractor must cover all maintenance, repairs, and annual resurfacing expenses, ensure safety and compliance, and grant the school priority use of the courts. The award will be made on a best‑value basis, and the contract may run up to five years. • Full‑service operation & maintenance of tennis courts, surfaces, lighting, fencing, and surrounding grounds. • All costs (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors) are borne by the vendor; MNPS pays nothing. • Vendor gains rights to schedule community or commercial tennis programming after school hours, with first‑right of refusal for school activities. • Mandatory insurance limits of $1 M for general liability, automobile, and sexual‑abuse coverage; workers’ compensation per Tennessee statutes. • Required background checks, safety plans, QA reporting, and adherence to ADA, FERPA, and applicable state/federal regulations.
