Automatic Transfer Switch Maintenance

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals for annual maintenance and repair services for automatic transfer switches and corresponding services at various locations. The contract is expected to be for five years, and the City reserves the right to award to one vendor or multiple vendors based on equipment type and/or manufacturer. The proposal should include a comprehensive narrative of the firm's understanding and approach to accomplishing the tasks outlined in the scope of work, as well as a detailed cost proposal. The evaluation criteria include corporate background and experience, firm financial stability, project understanding, project approach, team firm experience, and proposed cost. • Key requirements include: • Maintenance and repair services for automatic transfer switches • Services to be performed at various City of Raleigh locations • Contractor to provide trained representatives for field services, maintenance, and repairs • Contractor to ensure compliance with manufacturer startup procedures and security and safety standards • Proposal to include a detailed cost breakdown and hourly labor rates • Contractor to have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience with similar systems
