Description
The US Air Force is seeking to acquire a complete trailered boom reel system and associated spill containment equipment to support rapid development and retrieval of floating containment boom during oil or chemical spill events at Joint Base Charleston. The system should include a trailer, boom reel, and spill containment equipment. The contractor shall deliver the system to the designated location at Joint Base Charleston. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the government, considering factors such as price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
