Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking to acquire Tripods with Masts for Continuity of Operations (COOP) SATCOM use. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to Carroll Woods, Inc. for the purchase of 10 BlueSky Tripods with Masts. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis due to the unique requirements of the project, which can only be met by BlueSky Masts. • The tripods must have a stout design with positive locking heavy duty mast sections and feet on the tripod base for staking. • The tripods must be able to support SATCOM antennas for COOP and ESF-13 operations. • The tripods must be made of aerospace-grade aluminum construction and have a manual push-up design, rapid setup, lightweight portability, and tool-less assembly for one-person. • The tripods must have payload capacities suitable for elevating Starlink Performance SATCOM antennas in rugged field environments.
