Carnegie Street Improvements - Green Valley Pkwy to Paseo Verde Pkwy

The City of Henderson is seeking bids for the Carnegie Street Improvements project, which involves constructing roadway rehabilitation improvements along Carnegie Street between Green Valley Parkway and Paseo Verde Parkway. The project includes mill and overlay of existing pavement, full depth asphalt pavement, crack sealant, median islands, sidewalk, curb and gutter, sidewalk ramps, driveways, traffic signing, pavement markings, traffic signal modifications and new installations, flashers, utility and storm drain adjustments, and other associated improvements. • The project will add a new traffic signal at the south intersection of Carnegie and Cozy Hill Circle. • The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $7,500,000.00. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams conference call on 3/3/2026 10:00:00 AM (PT). • All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab before the Question Cutoff Date and Time.
