The University of South Carolina – Sumter is soliciting qualified contractors to construct a new addition to the Nettles Building, providing roughly 24,340 sq ft of new space. The project will deliver a gymnasium shell, a weight‑training facility, office areas, and associated support spaces, together with fire‑protection systems and a standby generator.
