Resurfacing - Downtown Concrete Bus Pad Upgrades

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids for construction services for the Resurfacing – Downtown Concrete Bus Pad Upgrades project. The project involves upgrading Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) bus stops in the Columbus Downtown Business District (DBD) at locations where concrete bus pads do not exist. The prime contractor must perform no less than 50 percent of the total original price, and the SBE Goal for this project is 5%. • The project is a capital improvement project (PID 121652, Capital Improvement Project 530282 - 100162). • Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. • Hard copies shall not be accepted. • The City of Columbus and Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) are partnering on this project. • Only pre-qualified prime contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. • ODOT Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract.
