NR-26-C2 - LS #40 Rehab

The City of Fargo is seeking qualified contractors to reconstruct Storm Sewer Lift Station #40. The scope includes raising the station structure, replacing the pump and its controls, and performing associated site improvements to ensure reliable pumping during river flooding events. • Elevate the lift station structure to meet updated flood‑plain requirements. • Remove existing pump, install a new pump and control system. • Perform excavation, grading, and ancillary civil works (drainage, sitework, grade and surface adjustments). • Provide all necessary electrical, mechanical, and control installations in compliance with local codes. • Deliver project on schedule with completion estimated by June 1 2027.
