Description
The County of Camden is seeking a law firm to provide legal services for the Camden County Veterans Will Clinic program. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting monthly informational sessions with veterans and their spouses, preparing wills and powers of attorney, and attending return sessions to distribute the prepared documents. The firm will also be required to work cooperatively with the County and suggest new policies or procedures as needed.
• The firm must have extensive experience and a knowledgeable background in providing the type of services described in the RFP.
• The firm must be able to provide services in a timely manner.
• The firm must have personnel with the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the services.
• The firm must have a location in or near Camden County, New Jersey.
• The firm must be able to provide services at a cost not to exceed the fees determined by the County.
